A quick, simple and healthy recipe
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Slice zucchini lengthwise into quarters. Add oregano, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Grill for about 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
