Johnny B. Based in Sonoma County, California, John Bessolo, aka Johnny B., offers both in-person and virtual/simulcast auction options. John owns and manages JBA with his wife Adina, with John providing event consultation and live auction services, and Adina Bessolo managing the business operations.
John is a graduate of the Auctioneers and Appraisers Academy and a member of the National Auctioneers Association. He also holds the distinction of being a certified Benefit Auction Specialist with the National Auctioneers Association. With less than 20 currently active members in the state of California and just over 200 active members nationwide, this demonstrates a high level of commitment and expertise in event fundraising,
Johnny’s passion is benefit auctioneering, and he loves helping organizations raise money for great causes. He began his career working in television production before obtaining his MBA and moving into business operations and analysis – John loves a good spreadsheet. He combines both skill sets to help his clients put on fun and profitable events. Adina began her career in the nonprofit sector, working on a variety of fundraising events and in volunteer recruitment, and later moved into human resources management and business administration.
