These sweet & salty granola bites are a deliciously satisfying way to fuel your day, delivering a perfect balance of flavors that energize and delight. Bite-sized and irresistible, they turn any snack moment into a boost of both taste and energy.
Granola Bites
• 1 ¼ cup peanut butter, or nut butter of choice
• 1 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Heaping ½ teaspoon sea salt
• 3 cups rolled oats
• 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
• 6 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (or other toasted nut/seed)
• Line a 13×9 pan with parchment paper.
• Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt to a large mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
• Add the remaining ingredients and combine by hand. Press granola evenly into pan and let chill in refrigerator for at least an hour. Cut into squares to serve.
• Store bars in the refrigerator.
