Vikki Scott is originally from Alexandria, Virginia, but has lived in South Carolina since 1965. A retired Registered Nurse, she also owned an interior design studio for years. She is currently restoring a circa 1903 Greek Revival home and is a member of the Beech Island Historical Society.
She was a founding member of the Animal Advocates of Barnwell County (SC) and has been the president / a member of its board of directors since 2005. She’s also the director of the Animal Advocate’s Friends for Life Foster and Adoption Center. Their MeowMate / MuttMate fostering program, the Character Restoration Initiative, and Art4Hope are projects Vikki has helped to found and manage in partnership with a local correctional facility.
Vikki is the proud mom of one grown daughter and her husband, MANY dogs & cats, and grandmom to MANY grand dogs and grand cats.
