Below is an outline of our terms that govern purchases made on ELYSIAN Boutique. By purchasing our merchandise, you agree to these terms. We may amend this agreement at any time. Nothing in these terms indicates any agreement to partnerships or joint ventures between us. If we fail to require adherence to any provision in this agreement, this does not affect our future ability to require your adherence in the future, nor waive your agreement to these terms and conditions as a whole, regardless of whether a specific portion of the agreement was waived. If any provision of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by court, this does not render the whole agreement unenforceable. These terms and conditions may be modified to best reflect the original intentions.
Products and Services for Personal Use
Outside of the merchant accounts on the Elysian marketplace, all products and services on readelysian.com are provided to the customer are for personal use only and may not be sold or resold. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decrease the provisions of products or services provided by readelysian.com
Generally speaking, if you check out with a credit card, the purchase is finalized immediately, resulting in your card being charged. The only way to cancel an order after purchase is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an order cancellation and refund. Please be sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
If your card has not been charged yet, and you have created a customer account with us, you may cancel your order from the orders page in your account.
In an effort to prevent fraud, the Elysian Magazine Team or third party provider may reach out to verify information that was provided during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse to fill orders to certain addresses. In situations where we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and email notification of the cancellation.
Returns and Refunds
Purchases made on Affiliate Partner websites must adhere to the Affiliate Partner’s Returns and Refund Policies.
Unless otherwise noted, all sales are considered final once shipped. We do, however, provide refunds for items that arrive damaged. If you wish to return an item for a full refund, please contact us before returning the item so we are aware of it being returned. After we have discussed the return, please purchase a shipping label for the item and mail it back. Once we have received the item, we will issue you a full refund.
If you wish to receive a refund before an order is shipped, please contact us right away to request a full refund of your purchase. Our shop manager will refund your purchase. This refund will also reflect in your customer account if you have created one. Please be sure to include your order number when contacting us at email@example.com.
Please be aware that it is impossible for us to issue a refund to an alternative payment method. Only the payment method used during checkout will be able to receive a refund.
Subscriptions both physical and digital are automatically renewed on either a monthly or yearly basis.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do this by logging into your account and cancelling it from your dashboard. Or, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will continue to have access to the subscription until the end of the paid subscription period.
Risk of Loss
When merchandise is shipped, there is a small risk of the item being lost in transit. We provide the customer tracking information to allow the customer to see updates on the shipment. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss of items in transit.
Our product descriptions are as accurate as possible to provide the customer with the information needed to make an informed purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all product and service descriptions are completely accurate, reliable, current, or otherwise error-free. By purchasing merchandise from our online store, you agree to allow us to contact you for any reasons related to your order(s) and that we may process any information you provide us for the sole purpose of completing your order(s).
