Karen has raised more than $45 million for for-profits and not-for-profits. She is a recipient of The Order of the Palmetto, the highest civilian honor in South Carolina.
Karen earned her juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as president of the student body. She also served as a prosecutor for the 7th Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.
