This chicken marinade is perfect for the holiday weekend – and most of the ingredients are already in your pantry.
Ingredients
12 bone-in Chicken Thighs
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
6 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
4 T Dried Parsley Flakes
4 T Dijon Mustard
4 T Honey, Agave or Maple Syrup
2 T Onion Powder
3 T Turmeric Powder
1 T Dried Oregano
1 T Dried Thyme
1 T Cumin Powder
1 T Ground Coriander
1 T Dried Mint Leaves
1 T Paprika
1 T Sriracha Sauce
1 T Dried Rosemary
1 T Dried Cilantro
1 T Crushed Red Pepper
1 t Tibetan Sea Salt
1 t Fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Rinse the chicken thighs in cool water and dry with paper towels. Immerse the chicken thighs in the marinade, cover and allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight. When cooking marinated chicken on a grill, be careful of sputtering as the hot liquid hits the heat source.
