Captain Saint Nick


Makes 6 drinks

1.5 oz of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1.5 oz of Midori Liqueur
1.5 oz of Malibu Rum
2 oz of Orange Juice
3.5 oz of Cranberry Juice (add more if needed until pink)

Method
Combine ingredients, shake with ice until chilled, and strain.

Rocking New Year

4 oz Chilled Champagne
1 oz Mint Syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1 Raspberry Rock Candy Lollipop

Method
In a champagne flute add the chilled champagne, mint syrup, and lime juice then gently stir. Place a raspberry rock candy lollipop to the flute and garnish with fresh mint and frozen raspberries.

Home-made Eggnog


Makes 10 five-ounce drinks

6 eggs
¾ cups sugar
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup cream
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pint of Southern Comfort

Method
Beat separately yolks and whites of 6 eggs. Into beaten yolks slowy beat ¾ cup sugar. Add 2 cups of whipped whipping cream and 2 cups milk. Add, still stirring, 1 ¼ cup of Southern Comfort, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Fold in beaten egg whites and dust with nutmeg. Chill until ready to serve.
