In addition to pioneering the lunar time capsule, Lori Taylor has an impressive career in marketing, and a lifetime dedicated to causes that matter.
Lori’s business savvy is undeniable. In her 18 years at RR Donnelley, an American Fortune 500 integrated communications company that provides marketing and business communications, she won the Direct Marketing Association’s prestigious Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards. She has also been named a Forbes Top 50 Social Media Power Influencer and a Forbes Top 20 Female Social Media Influencer. Lori has managed direct marketing activity for Fortune 500 accounts, including Procter & Gamble, and she has been instrumental in the launch of national brands including Tide, Crest White Strips, Charmin, Puffs, and IAMS.
In 2009, Lori founded REV Media Marketing, a unique direct marketing agency that specializes in omnichannel marketing. She has served as a collaborative business partner or strategic business consultant to Tony Robbins, Natalie Jill Fitness, Derek Jeter’s Turn 2 Foundation, Jane Fonda’s World Fitness Day, Donna Karan’s foundation Urban Zen, and the COPS television series, to name a few, before launching her pet project TruPet LLC in 2014, which was honored by INC 500 as the 39th fastest-growing brand in America in 2018 before being sold in 2019 to a public entity, Better Choice Company.
Continuing her passion of making the world a better place, along with her dedication to initiatives that inspire her is what makes her even more impactful. Lori helped to raise over $4 billion for Disabled American Veterans, building a base of more than 10 million donors, collecting donations $5 at a time, while also servicing large mailers such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and American Institute for Cancer. She is a top-selling fiction author of Soul Mutts, a series of six books focused on the power of the bond between people and their pets.
Beyond her focus on pets, Lori has now co-founded Galactic Legacy Labs, a Web3 company focused on the tech arts community that is in the process of sending 222 artists’ works to the moon to be archived in an indestructible patent-protected lunar time capsule. The project has a special focus on supporting the nonprofit Arch Mission Foundation, which is focused on backing up humanity’s history.
